Hotel Policies
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged one night's stay. No-shows are charged the full booking amount.
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability.
Refunds for cancellations are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Prepaid bookings cancelled within policy receive full refunds.
No, simply present your booking confirmation number and a valid government-issued ID at check-in. You can show the confirmation email on your mobile device.
Our Kuwait Cabin Rewards program is free to join. Simply request enrollment at check-in. Members earn points that can be redeemed for free nights and upgrades.
